Homemade Banana Bread (vegan/gf)

Hey fam! Remember when I said that I would come out with some of my favorite recipes / what I have been making for fun? Well here is your first treat to try, and I PROMISE that it's a good one ;)


Wet ingredients:

3 mashed ripe bananas

1/2 cup melted coconut oil

1/2 cup maple syrup (you can adjust the sweetness by + or -)

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Dry ingredients:

1 3/4 cups oat flour (you can sub regular all purpose or whole wheat flour)

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon salt

(optional: flax seeds, chia seeds, chocolate chips, or any other additions!)

Step #1: You have two options for combining ingredients:

Option 1: combine and mix wet and dry ingredients in separate bowls, then combine into one and mix together!

Option 2: throw all of the ingredients into a blender and blend it all up! (If you decide to add flax seeds, chia seeds, chop chips or anything else, add those in once you have blended everything together!)

Step #2: Grease your baking pan with coconut oil (spray or melted) or vegan butter (you can always sub regular butter if you prefer).

Step #3: Preheat oven to 350 degrees and then bake for 35-40 minutes!
